MAJA creates special machines for the food sector. For this very particular business, we need highly-specialized employees, experienced in this special field. For this reason, it is our philosophy to form our own experts and to give them the necessary know-how and practical experience in our engineering sector. Our successful strategy, proven for many years, for having frist-class human resources at our disposal!
After successful completion of their apprenticeship, MAJA-trainees have all the necessary know-how and experience for a successful start in their desired job. Most of them have excellent prospects for an employment on a permanent basis at MAJA. A lot of our exectutives and head of departments spent their apprenticeship at MAJA and are still today working in our team.
