Content: The flake ice machines are mounted directly above the fish display. Overnight, they are started by the control panel timer and fill automatically the counter, as the flake ice falls directly on the display by chutes. In the morning, the ice piles must only be spread over the whole display surface. The ice quantity is controlled by the operation time of the machine.
