Meat slices in a matter of seconds
Whereever large quantities of meat must be cut down in the shortest possible time, as in the barbecue season, in event catering and in the field of large institutional catering service outlets, for example, the circular knife cutting machine type ESB 4434 SH offers itself as a comparatively simple and robust solultion. It is easy to handle and offers a good price-performance ratio.
The machine is suitable for vertical cutting of meat slices from almost all boneless cuts of beef, veal, pork and poultry. But also special products, such as beef liver, roasts or brawn, can be processed into slices and cuts of uniform thickness within the shortest possible time. And by placing them back into the equipment unit’s infeed again, thin stripes can also be cut down further, as for further processing into chopped-and-sliced meat and gyros meat cuts for example. Even untrained workers have no problem in operating this equipment unit. All machine parts are easy to remove. For the operator’s safety, the ESB SH is equipped with an prolonged hood as well as with a safety cover on the discharge conveyer belt. Special safety handles allow easy and safe disassembling of the knive roller for cleaning and knife exchange.

It looks almost like a conventional conveyorized derinding machine. But where the „normal“ de-rinder has its pressure wheels, the ESB 4434 SH utilizes razor sharp round blades. Boneless pieces of meat are cut to slices and strips.For more than 50 years, the German machine manufacturer MAJA has developed and produced derinders and membrane skinners for meat cuts. On the basis of this approved technology, MAJA has now launched a slicing machine of special interest for medium-sized processing plants.
