Even untrained workers have no problem in operating this equipment unit. All machine parts are easy to remove. For the operator’s safety, the ESB SH is equipped with an prolonged hood as well as with a safety cover on the discharge conveyer belt. Special safety handles allow easy and safe disassembling of the knive roller for cleaning and knife exchange.
The simple, robust and cost-saving slicing solution!It looks almost like a conventional conveyorized derinding machine. But where the „normal“ de-rinder has its pressure wheels, the ESB 4434 SH utilizes razor sharp round blades. Boneless pieces of meat are cut to slices and strips.
For more than 50 years, the German machine manufacturer MAJA has developed and produced derinders and membrane skinners for meat cuts. On the basis of this approved technology, MAJA has now launched a slicing machine of special interest for medium-sized processing plants.

Video skinning & slicing of beef liver
Skinning and slicing of beef liver: After cut off, the membrane is removed from the big beef liver with the manual membrane skinning machine MAJA EVM 4006. Thanks to its cutting width of 554 mm, the liver can be skinned in one single piece. With the circular blade slicer ESB 4434 SH, it is cut within seconds into equally sized slices, all having the same thickness. By putting the slices a second time on the infeed conveyor belt, liver strips can be produced, for example for ragout etc.
