MAJA Flake Ice Machine RVH 6000 LT

Flake ice machine with separate condensing unit (air-cooled execution), for tropical ambient temperatures up to approx. +45°C (for standard temperatures see RVH-L)

  • This machine type is labelled 'HY-GEN protected' and offers ideal conditions for efficient cleaning by hand and also fully automatically with the optionally available self-cleaning system MAJA-SCS. HY-GEN Flake Ice Machines from MAJA are designed to allow the production of flake ice under excellent sanitary conditions. The core piece is the evaporator tank in plastic material, which can easily be removed for manual cleaning. Moreover, the evaporation tank is free from integral built-in parts, which make systematic cleaning complicate and difficult. Regarding water supply, MAJA trusts in innovative DVGW-compliant systems.     MAJA-SCS self cleaning system for flake ice machines RVH 6000 RVH 6000 LT | MAJA-SCS self cleaning system for flake ice machines RVH 6000 Patent-pending MAJA-system for fully automatic cleaning of the evaporation bin.
    The claning and rinsing process takes about 90 minutes and can be started manually or by timer function. The evaporation bin is completely drained and then filled with a water / cleaning agent mixture. It is permanently circulated in order to make sure that all areas are reached that enter into contact with water. MAJA Flake ice machines can be supplied with the option MAJA-SCS. Thanks to the modular principle, later retrofit is possible, too.

    External UV-disinfection system RVH 6000 LT | External UV-disinfection system Flake Ice can only be as pure as the supply water it is made from. The drinking water is normally supplied in good quality and it is regularly checked by public authorities. But: What about the water pipes in the building? How do they look like inside?
    The answer to these questions: hygienically impeccable supply water thanks to external UV-disinfection!
