Automatic derinding machine Skinny II
The Skinny II is the most appreciated derinder in butcheries. It can be used for automatic derinding of all flat pieces of meat, which are introduced into the machine through an infeed conveyor belt. In manual version, round pieces of meat (shoulder, ham, pigs' knuckles) can be derinded, too. For this reason, the Skinny II is a most versatile machine, which completely meets with the CE safety regulations (since April 2000) regarding processing of flat pieces. Thanks to its divided removable hood, it is extremely compact, space-saving and allows easy handling, an advantage especially in manual operation.
